Moonlight

It’s times like these that I remind myself I need to buy an actual camera for photography. This was the most incredible moon I have ever seen and it didn’t show well on the iPhone at all.

There are so many people behind me taking the same shot of the couple underneath the reflection, they will be in plenty of IG shots tonight!

    1. Thanks for stopping by my blog, that’s a good way to think about it, and I made sure I viewed the sight away from my camera too. It turns out this event was a super moon, so I was there at the right time!

  1. I know exactly what you mean! We went up the mountain in Hokkaido for one of the most beautiful night views and then our iPhone cameras couldn’t capture anything. We have to store these images in our own memory 🙂

  2. I think this is a beautiful composition! The different stripes of pastel colour that blend into each other and how the yellow of the girl’s jumper is repeated in the sand, the sea, the sky.

    1. Thank you! Sometimes photographs beg to be taken with little effort from the person capturing it, I was very lucky to be around to see this night sky 🙂 I hope you look out for future posts.
