Thank you!

It was only in early November that I thanked you all for 600 followers on my blog from the beautiful Blue Mountains. Since then this total has risen to over 1,400.

All in the short space of a month!

I can’t thank you all enough and I am delighted that you stopped by my blog, many for the first time.
I love blogging. It keeps me wanting to do new things everyday to write about when I get home and it keeps me stimulated at all times. If you have been following my blog long enough you will know that I need such stimulation to keep my out of my own head… we all know this can be a terrible place to be for too long! Writing is one of the few reasons I get up in the morning so eagerly and I am delighted that so many want to share this with me.

So yes, thank you so much. I will keep looking for new things to write about and as I still have nine months on this Visa in Australia, I’m very confident I won’t be running out of inspiration anytime soon.

I hope you keep following my journey through Christmas and into the New Year!

    1. Every milestone is a great one, so well done on that!
One reason is that I have over 1000 blog posts, so I have been at it for a long time. However, I have been putting a lot more hours into my blog recently and engaging with the community. Previously I would only put enough time in to type a post and that’s about it. Now I am blogging at every opportunity I can 🙂

    1. It’s all to do with putting as much effort as I can into my blog recently. I’ve been commenting, liking and following blogs when I’m at work and also when I’m free, pretty much all my free time, so it hasn’t been without effort! I’m enjoying blogging a lot and I’ve gained a lot of momentum in the process. Thanks for commenting 🙂

      1. That is probably an accurate ratio, I would image there would be about three follows for every 30 comments. Are you also blogging every day? I blog as soon as I wake up, to the last thing I do at night. Even at work I am finding time to engage with the community, and I am finding the more time I put in, the more I get back. For me it is just how much time I spend on my blog!

      2. Not a penny. In fact, I have no idea how to monetise the site. Maybe when I’m at 100,000 followers 😄
I do it just because I like to get my opinion and thoughts out there 🙂
